Cambridge Who's Who Names Jamie Marie Brown Professional of the Year in Business Development and Consulting Services

Bradenton, FL, November 10, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jamie Marie Brown, Vice President of Operations for MJ Gould Management Company, LLC, has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Business Development and Consulting Services. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of services, and the credential they have provided an association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

A seasoned professional, Ms. Brown has more than 12 combined years of experience in the medical field and more than 13 years of experience in executive operations management and executive human resource management. Currently as the Vice President of Operations for the MJ Gould Management Company, LLC, she is responsible for developing all operational activities in new start-up businesses and new product development of existing businesses. She develops and designs all company products, operating processes, training programs, database tracking systems, sales and marketing procedure, company policies and human resource's handling procedures and forms. Ms. Brown also provides financial managerial oversight of all expenses combined with the operational activities managerial oversight of the company with the objectives of maximizing growth and profitability.

Ms. Brown completed college coursework in health care, business development, business psychology, and is certified in PCA, PCS, HHA and MSCC. She assisted in the start-up and development of all operational procedures and products of the nation's largest Medicare Set-Aside vendor, Gould & Lamb, LLC. Ms. Brown was the first employee of Gould & Lamb, LLC and had a successful eight years as the Vice President of Operations. She was responsible for the direct managerial oversight of over 175 employees, product development, operating procedures, and human resources. During her employment with Gould and Lamb, Ms. Brown assisted in both corporate acquisitions from the original owners to HIG Capital, LLC and from HIG Capital, LLC to ABRY Partners, LLC. During her course of employment she designed and obtained approval from the CHCC on the first independent Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant certification program.

She is a member of Customer Services Management Professionals, Retailers Industry Management Group, HR Advisory, Tax Opportunities Group, Medicare Set-Aside Forum Group, Canon City Chamber of Commerce, and Manatee Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Brown is currently in the process of starting her own business with her partners on a part-time basis while continuing her employment with MJ Gould Management Company, LLC. Most of all, Ms. Brown's primary and number one focus, especially being a single mother, is raising her three children. She actively volunteers and is involved with her children's school activities, little league, gymnastics and dance.
