NEW YORK, NY, November 2, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jennifer Cecora, Business Development Manager at AlignSource, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business development.

As a business development manager of AlignSource, LLC, an executive search firm, Ms. Cecora develops the company's standing within the health care arena. To that end, she is responsible for sourcing and developing new clients while managing their needs. Most recently, Matrix Medical Network has entered an arrangement with Alignsource, LLC providing administrative support to physicians. She will assume the Practice Liaison role to assist the physicians.

Jennifer is well versed in revenue development strategies, cost containment, maximizing company revenue, HRIS Database management and A/R management.

Ms. Cecora received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Molloy College in 1979. She is member of ACHE and is an Advocacy Volunteer for the American Heart Association. In years to come she hopes to remain in the healthcare industry, keeping in front of the ever changing trends, climbing to the top of her field.
