Lianne Escher has been in the field of psychotherapy and energy healing for the past 35 years

GUILFORD, CT, December 5, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lianne S. Escher, a self-employed psychotherapist, has been recognized as a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in women's psychology.

Through her own dreams and contemplation, Ms. Escher has gained expertise in the inner life of the unconscious. Using psychotherapy and hypnotherapy along with other modalities, her study of the subtle aspects of the human energy field enables her to understand how a person's Mind/Body system can be accessed, relieved of past and current stresses and awakened to achieve a desired vision, to stimulate passion, intuition and creativity in her clients.

Ms. Escher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albertus Magnus College, a Master of Social Work from Smith College and worked at Yale University before starting her private practice. A social worker licensed by the State of Connecticut, Ms. Escher is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. In recognition of her work, she was recently named a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Having witnessed women over the years who seek growth and empowerment led Ms Escher to begin writing a workbook for women in which is described the essences, or archetypes, of seven Greek goddesses, and how to find them within. She believes these particular goddesses mirror a woman's complex moods and changing behaviors over time, and that becoming aware of, and celebrating, their arrival in one's life leads to a sense of wholeness.
