Patricia Lovering has dedicated her career to improving the wellness of others

PETERBOROUGH, NEW HAMPSHIRE, December 13, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Patricia Lovering, Manager of Patient Financial Services at Monadnock Community Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in health care administration with emphasis on coaching, team building, leadership, self awareness, and conflict resolution.

Drawing from 18 years of experience in the health care field as well as a personal drive to succeed, Ms. Lovering is currently responsible for managing a staff of approximately 25 employees as she analyzes the financial concerns of Monadnock Community Hospital. In addition, she also oversees hospital and physician billing offices and ensures the timely flow of paperwork and receipt of payments. She is recognized for her strong revenue cycle management skills and enjoys looking for LEAN solutions to bring better revenue to the hospital. Ms. Lovering employs honesty while working with her staff and has good people skills. She previously worked as an emergency medical technician from 1993 to 2008, volunteered as the town of Antrim's ambulance chief, and was a successful floral designer who competed in and won many competitions. Today, she teaches floral design in her spare time.

In recognition of her dedication, Ms. Lovering was named the Antrim, New Hampshire Citizen of the Year in 2008. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue to grow within her hospital career, develop and streamline processes and procedures, and achieve significant cost savings.+
