Rebecca P. Joslin, Ed.D., Ph.D., Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Psychology
Dr. Joslin contracts with the Tennessee Disability Determination Services as a state agency psychological consultant.

FRANKLIN, TN, December 14, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rebecca P. Joslin, Psychologist of Tennessee Disability Determination Services, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in psychology.

A dedicated and seasoned professional, Dr. Joslin has six years of experience as a psychologist of Tennessee Disability Determination Services, which is a subsidiary of the Division of Rehabilitation Services of the Department of Human Services. In the course of her daily duties, she is responsible for performing cross cultural contracting with the state, and reviewing clients for disability eligibility. She follows federal guidelines to the letter, and rates these guidelines for quality control purposes. Prior to her position with Tennessee Disability Determination Services, Dr. Joslin was a representative of the Tennessee Psychological Association. She also served as adjunct professor at Trevecca Nazarene University, Argosy University and Tennessee State University, and assessed adults with mental retardation while in private practice.

Dr. Joslin earned a Ph.D. in Christian Psychology from South Florida Bible College in 2001, having received an Ed.D in psychology from Tennesse State University in 1994. She earned a master's degree in guidance and counseling from Tennesse State University in 1991 and a bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising from David Lipscomb University in 1986. She is a member of the American Psychological Association. In 2008, she was named State Agency Medical Consultant of The Year. Looking ahead, Dr. Joslin hopes remain in the same field and continue her education.
